Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti has accused all governments so far, who are not contributing at all to lowering unemployment.
Kurt said that when he talks with citizens of different ages, he never listens to them for money but only work.
On the other hand, he has said that Kosovo, besides unemployment, also has poor education and economy.
Kurti says partners and former coalition partners are only in trouble on highways. In addition, Kurti says that with these governments, more people are afraid of employees who might lose their jobs than they have the hope of unemployed who can find a job.
Total Kurt Posting:
The transit to our country?
In our Kosovo only every fourth citizen capable of work is employed, two out of three young people are not employed, and only every eighth woman has a job. 3/4 of the unemployed are long-term unemployed, so for more than 12 months. And 1/3 of young people between the ages of 15 and 24 are not employed, neither in schooling nor in any training. Their employment rate is only 8.5%. Most employees in Kosovo are not employed in their professions, and over 20,000 university graduates are unemployed. Education is weak, the economy is weak, the connection of education to the economy is weak. When I talk to citizens of different municipalities and ages, none of them tell me you want money, and almost everyone tells me they want jobs. Our people want to win at work, they're not thieves, they don't want to steal. Meanwhile, government officials who have jobs steal and do not work. Former coalition partners are concerned only about whether the new highway will fall to their newly purchased lands, will they get their share on board agencies and companies, will the close businessman win the tender with them...
These governments are more afraid of employees who could lose their jobs than of having hope for the unemployed who can find a job. The government's focus on highways is like selling houses to buy cars. So, there's more state-building and development, because there's no employment and security, education and health, but there's only a possibility of circulation and travel, say we're transit in our country! According to data from October 2016 of the IMF World Economic Outlook Report, 85% of the world's food is local production, so food represents only 8% of global trade. 30% of the world's workers work in agriculture. Workable land in Asia is 98%, while in Europe it is 90%. The world average is 80%. In Kosovo, barely 50%. Kosovo has 74,000 hectares for irrigation, but only 12,000 hectares are watered. That is why so much corn and wheat are planted in Kosovo, which need no irrigation except the rains. As a result, the export/import report with Serbia is 1/13, while we have 1/10 in Bosnia and Herzegovina!
These same governments are expensive to you, to our present, and to our future. Of course, we did not owe them. Of course, it is not worth the effort.
