The military formation bill today has had deadlines sent to Government. Security Department has not kept his word.
This institution was due today to submit the draft amendment law and implementation of laws related to the formation of the Kosovo Army, reports T7.
But that didn't happen. This is confirmed by the Ministry of Security.
They say they have accomplished their duties, while now the finance ministry is next.
However, he does not see it too late to proceed with this bill.
According to him, that would prevent the formation of the military.
Kosovo government in a written answer says draft law for The FAK has not arrived.
To form the army in favour of constitutional changes, as internationals ask it to vote on 2/3 of the deputies of non-party communities.
So they have to vote on the deputies of the Serbian List, who have been declared against this bill until the criteria they seek are met.
