Recent Kosovo tensions and threats- Serbia is being deliberately created by politicians to justify the problems that they themselves have created, politicologist Belul Beqaj has said in the debate held in Caglavica with the “Achievements and Customs of Brussels”, organised by the Media Centre with the help of UNMIK, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
It has been said that the dialogue led by Brussels has reached a dead end.
Beqaj has cited the arrest and deportation of Marko Djuric, the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, “which was followed by provocative and pathetic rhetoric by senior Kosovo and Serbia officials”.
“I doubt these events were destined for the provocation of the situation, to justify the proposal of solutions by Alexander Vuciq for northern Kosovo, which is also supported by Kosovo President Hashim Thaci”, Beqaj has said.
Meanwhile, analyst Ljubisa Mijaciq has said that blockades in the Brussels dialogue are the result of political instability in Kosovo, but also of the different expectations Serbs and Albanians have.
