Earlier, a Palestinian was injured during the Earth Day protest, but on Friday he had died as a result of severe injuries after being shot by Israeli soldiers.
A total of 21 Palestinians have been killed last week in arms attacks by the Israeli Army, reports “Al Jazeera”, Periscopi broadcast.
Massive protest was called “The grand mark of the return”, which was organised by social groups and political factions that have called for the return of Palestinian refugees.
Earth Day according to Palestinians commemorates the six Palestinians killed by the Israelis following protests on Palestinian soil on 30 March, 1976.
The session ends on May 15th, or Nakba Day, which will commemorate 70 years since the ethnic cleansing of 750,000 Palestinians from Zionist militias from their villages and cities.
Israeli snipers and other soldiers have opened fire, wounding more than 1, 500 Palestinians.
After the protests, leaders of other countries have strongly condemned the exercise of violence by Israel, saying peaceful protests are fundamental to human rights. /Periscopi/
