Republika Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj has denied the news published in Serbian media about the possible intervention of the Kosovo Police in northern Kosovo.
Hoxhaj said that Serbian media are continuing to manipulate the public with false news about Kosovo, and that these news aims to destabilise the country.
Hoxhaj said the news published at the Serbian Informer portal is false news trying to fuel tensions in northern Mitrovica.
Serbian “Medias are continuing to manipulate the public with false news about Kosovo. News published today by a portal, known for its tendency to manipulate and fake news, for allegedly interviewing the Kosovo Police in northern Mitrovica, is false news and bad intent, which aims to fuel tensions in northern Kosovo”, has written Hoxhaj.
Hoxhaj added that the Kosovo Police are a multiethnic-combinal institution to the service of all citizens.
“This has witnessed the international assessment as the most professional police in the region”, Hoxhaj has concluded.
The Serbian portal, Informer, today has published a writing about the alleged intervention of the Kosovo Police in the country's north before 25 April.
Informer is known as the biased portal that does not always spread false news to fuel tensions in Kosovo.
