Activist Korab Korca has been arrested because he is suspected of breaking the order during the Kosovo President Hashim Thaci's inauguration ceremony, at the time he was activist of the Vetevendosje Movement.
Moliqaj, has praised this arrest as selective access to justice organs, saying police are serving a man who was elected president under the protection of major police forces.
Mollyqaj's full response:
Today, at noon at the Vremica border, it has been banned and then arrested by Kosovo police, political activist Korab Korca.
Along with 12 other activists, they are suspected of disrupting the order during the inauguration ceremony of so-called Kosovo President Hashim Thaci.
Corab has not received an invitation not to respond to the prosecutor or court. He and 11 other activists were released with regular procedure.
It continues to be held in custody without any legal basis and for no reason granted by the police.
This proves the selective approach of justice organs and police. Korab's ban tells of the police system in service of a man who was elected at the time to strict security measures with over 4,000 police officers.
