Kosovo police in Gjakova have arrested a suspect in the village of Orek Hile of Gjakova after the same had pushed a mentally flawed person from a car to steal a portfolio in which there were personal documents of the victim as well as 1000 euros.
At the order of the prosecutor, the suspect has been taken to custody.
