In question of what his meetings with Behgjet Pacolli look like, Dachic answered:
If only we had a mother. You speak so well when it's just me and him that I feel bad. But as soon as he gets out of his meeting, he complains that I'm ruining his concepts. He says I'm just doing something, Dachic's going and attracting a acquaintance. He personally understands that. It's even reasoned that you don't write the letters that you're attacking me with, but some service”.
In the question of whether he agrees better with Hashim Thaci or Ramush Haradinaj, Daciqi replied: “Haradinaj I do not know. I've worked with Thaci and I have to say we've had the correct relationship”.
The chief of diplomacy, speaking of Kosovo's membership in the UN, has said that Serbia will not allow and that it has “reasoned” like this:
The fact that we will not allow Kosovo's membership in international organisations is not a matter of resentment or conspiracy. It's a matter of principle. We want solutions that would include this segment. No one will ask us about the Kosovo chair at the UN. And if asked, that means we should call Russia and China and tell them to let it in. Or all the countries I have persuaded to withdraw recognition, call back and tell them to recognise Kosovo. That's inconsistent”, he said.
