The Constitutional Court has ruled that the Law for Ratification of Demarcing between Kosovo and Montenegro is not in conflict with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
In a decision published today, the Constitutional Court has said the procedures followed for the adoption of the State Border Ratification Law with Montenegro have been in line with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, says Insander.
This issue in the Constitutional Court has been submitted by 12 deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement a month ago. They claimed that in the process of adopting the Law for Demarketation, anti-Relimate violations have been found.

“BE DEATH RELIGIONS of Law No. 06/L-060 for the Ratification of the State Border Demarcation Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and Montenegro is not in conflict with Constitution”, the Constitutional decision said.
