“Commun is asleep” Arba Abrashi criticises the rule of Shpend Ahmeti

Former LDK's candidate for head of the Pristina municipality, Arba Abashi, has held today a media conference presented, as he has said, failures in the capital.

Among other things, Abrashi has spoken about the company Cleaning up what he said this company is a total failure.

Until last year in the same three-month company “Cleaning” has estimated around 615 thousand euros, this year the municipality, having obtained this competence, has achieved only 133 thousand euros. So we're talking about approximately 400,000 euros less in just one position and not to talk about other positions because we have a drastic reduction in revenues that even reflects on the overall budget”, he said.

To make matters worse, it says, money on goods and services has increased until revenues have dropped.

The “is not looking good for Pristina, because the capital deserves development, large capital projects and the amount spent of capital investments in the first three months is only 2.6% of the 2018 plan. So, we're talking about a total failure of all capital projects in the Pristina municipality, and what it looks like is the municipality is asleep”, Abrashi said.
