“The investigation revealed the activities of Sheremet Jashar, which concerned the obligation of a woman in exercising free sex or prostitution”, says EULEX prosecutor in the indictment.
For at least since August 2015, Sheremet Jashari was also involved in the possibility and forced into prostitution of a woman whose name is St. H.. She's said to be his niece.
The DA interviewed the victim. Its economic situation is too serious. His family lives on welfare. The victim has told the prosecutor that her uncle has forced her to have a pay-paying sex relationship with “friends” of Sheremet Jashar.
“S. H. She usually received 30 euros, sometimes 50 euros from these sex meetings, and she paid 20 euros to Sheremet Jashar. She usually conducts these meetings in hotels near Vushtrria”, said in the indictment.
In a phone chat with Sheremet Jasharin, the victim complains that she owes 30 euros to the person who sells her milk and she is unable to pay for it. Sheremet helps solve the situation.
“Cheremt Jashari exploits the situation of St. H. which was unemployed in order to force him to have sex with customers he found for him. He takes material advantage of these” activities, writes in the indictment.

The next conversation that day reveals that Sheremet Jashar was with the client at the bus station and were walking toward the meeting site.

The victim is interested in what price her uncle had learned. They spoke by code. Sex prices called her help.
