The candidate for a member of the State Council of Quality (KSHC) at the Kosovo Agency for Discension (AKA), Mentor Soopyan, whom the Commission for Documentation Ratings recommended to Minister Shyqi for the position, has filed a complaint with the Parliamentary Commission for Education, writes Koha Ditore today.
For the manner of selecting candidates on the part of the minister, Sopijan has also appealed to the Commission for the examination of candidate apps.
Sopijan, who is a professor at the Faculty of Medicine at Pristina University, claims that even though he had met the criteria, the minister did not take it to base. He considers that the process of appointing members of the Council had been set up earlier.
