About 350kg of expired meat byproducts at Ferizaj

The initiative of Ferizaj Mayor Agim Aliu, implemented by the Municipal Inspectorate for increasing the control of products of animal origin and other products offered for market consumption on Ferizaj municipality territory, has been multiplied through concrete shares that have resulted in seizures and the annihilation of many tons of meat and damaged meat by products, expired and damaged.

Recently, the action of the Municipal Inspectorate has resulted in the seizure and annihilation of nearly 350kg of meat by products that have been seized during the police's routine control in a transport vehicle that was flowing into Ferizaj territory, reported to the Communist Inspectorate, which immediately appeared at the scene, have argued the situation by proceeding with the seizure and extermination of this amount of product.

Municipal Inspectorate Co-ordinator Ridvan Berisha in this case has expressed “The Municipal Inspectorate has become an extraordinary dynamic. We are constantly monitoring the conditions and quality of products offered on the market. So far we've confiscated and eliminated an extraordinary amount of meat and its byproducts from the stock we've achieved. Support for these shares is directly from the mayor of the municipality, Agim Aliu, and we, together with security and justice bodies, will go to the end of this” action Berisha said.

In terms of this case and other cases, the Municipal Inquiry Conform Law in force has prosecuted these cases in justice organs, which after municipal shares have been put into effect for investigating and criminal proceedings with the submitted cases.
