Zeka: I bet Rama was drunk when he put up a highway tax.

MP NISMA's Social Democrat, Milaim Zeka, has said that the price set for the payment of “-Ryth Street of the Nation” is too high, and that the decision Edi Rama may have taken in a drunken state.

In an interview for Periscope, Zeka has called on the Government of Kosovo to deal with the issue by demanding a reduction in this payment.
