The Witness during her testimony has shown how on May 5, 1999, two armed men entered her and her relatives and then killed her husband, Fahredin and others.
Two armed men entered the courtyard along with Fahdredin, grabbed him on the neck, and threw him into the balcony, both armed with automa and other weapons. I also interfered with the coma captured Fahredin by the hand, when one of the armed men, the other man named Zoki, has hit me with a gun to the head, the coma fell to the ground, has even taken the maʹka to the wall, stabbed me in the throat.
After I told Fahredin where the others are, this Zoki has guided the other one who was shorter, to go and bring them to me, and then he came with his father-in-law Hamdi, the Avdulah uncle and our neighbor, Enver Struttle.
We've all been put in the room in front of my eyes, the one who got shorter has beaten Fahred a lot, I started crying that I'm not pregnant in the fourth month. In the room, we've got America's help, and this tall Zoki got hit with them, and he said who is America for the mu”, the Shaqiri witness said.
She later showed how in that room, by the person named Zoki and the other, her husband and relatives were killed. That Zoki, that's the one he was the shortest, cried to Enver and told him to stand up, immediately pulled out the gun and hit the belly, he fell to the ground, then hit Uncle Avdu God, hit him in the heart, he fell at my feet.
The other guy asked this Zokin, what about them both, he killed them. The man who got shorter, he's got his car back, and he's got his belly in his father-in-law, Hamdi, his guts are out, I'm crying, and when he's got Hamdi's knees he's got my lap on him, and he finally killed his husband Fahredin, he's hit him in the head, the room is full of blood, they've got the door shut and they've got Sani and they've got us with the bodies in the room”, confessed Fikry Shaqiri.
During questioning by prosecutor Paul Flynn, she described the person named Zoki as very long, according to her, about two meters, said he was wearing uniform and that he had a headscarf, adding that he was armed with machine guns, guns and that the knife had blood.
For the other person, however, he said that he was shorter and that he was wearing a mask, insulating that he saw his problem with one eye.
She later related how the two people who had killed her husband and relatives met them once more in the column when they left home. She said she saw in that column when the person named Zoki took their children from their mothers, and as in the Serbs, they separated women from men and that the men put them in trucks.
Fikreje Shaqiri, at the end of her testimony, before the court consisting of EULEX judges, has identified accused Zoran Vukotic, who said he was the person who killed her relatives, saying that if the accused knew he would remember, he would kill her too. Shaqiri also added that since the day he suffered a head attack by the accused Vukotic, she has lost hearing in one ear, stressing even now there are problems sleeping at night.
Meanwhile, after the completion of witness testimony by Fikrije Shaqiri, the court has highlighted the problem with the security of Serbian witnesses proposed by the accused's lawyer, Zoran Vukotic, Miro Deleviq, asking him to give more accurate details about their residential addresses in Serbia.
In contrast, according to the indictment filed by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), Zoran Vukotovic, during wartime in Kosovo, on May 5, 1999, in Vushtrri, the high-ranking defendant in co-ordination with defendant Guroljub Paunovic, in the quality of revis in Serbian police, dressed in Serbian police and army uniforms, as well as armed with knives, pistols and automatic rifles, have robbed Albanian civilians through their courtyards and homes.
Based on the indictment, Vukotovic and Paunovic are deliberately beaten and then killed by four Albanian civilians, identified as Enver Rrustoll, Hamdi Fazliu, Avdula Fazliu and Fahredin Fazliu.
Always according to the indictment, four mentioned above were first beaten and tortured by Serbian militiaists in the presence of Sanije Fazliu and Fikriye Fazlius, where, later in their presence by a closeness, they fired guns to their chest at Enver Rrestoll, and then they continue shooting on their heads and chest on three other people, Avdulah, Fahredin and Hamdi Fazliun, and from that action, according to the indictment, leave the house.
Also, in the context of this act, Zoran Vukotik, in co-ordination, is accused of dehumanizing body integrity, health, physical and mental well-being of those injured and witnesses, torturing them, Sanije Fazliu, Fikreje Shaqiri, Vehm Gema, Zenepe Xhema, Nedemi Xeham, Besert Xhema, Zeliha Xhema, Behar Pla, Luljet Rasica, Gani Magera, Halim Mager, Gazbani Shabet, Sandeti Shabet Sabebani, Osmani, Osmani, Musazik, and his act are beaten with various other physical conse, high effects, and other forms of assaults, which are also caused by heavy strokes today. /Betimi justice
