Everyone who heard it said he's very good at singing and so does the jury of the “The South Voice Africa”. But when, during the performance, one of the judges came back to choose this voice, he couldn't hold back his tears, because Vernon is a very special guy:
The young man was born with a glaucoma: By the age of 5, he could see, but then things got worse from day to day. Despite 16 operations, the boy became totally blind.
