Rudina F., 30, from Lacey, had heard that diplomas were being sold in Tirana. Through a knowledge declared to be a mediator, the girl had paid 1,000 euros.
On Monday, at a local in Tirana, the girl from Laci paid the next sum of 1500 euros, as a condition to receive the degree she knows as a lawyer. According to the prosecution, the amount has been handed over to the university owner “Crystal”.
Ahmet Mucaj has been arrested just as soon as he exchanged the diploma for the amount of money.
