Communications is developing more difficulties, while appeals for caution as roads are frozen.
According to Police spokeswoman for the Pristina region, Flora Ahmeti, at least 37 road accidents were reported yesterday.
26 are more material damage, until 8 of them have ended up with bodily injuries.
