Representatives of ten Serb municipalities have threatened today in northern Mitrovica that if the official Pristina by April 20th does not form the association of Serb majority municipalities, then they themselves will do so, which, according to them, will not constitute violations but implementation of the agreement reached in Brussels in between Kosovo and Serbia.
Meeting in the same hall a few days ago, Kosovo special police intervened to arrest the so-called head of the Serbian Office for Kosovo, Marko Djurovic, were representatives of Kosovo Serbs.
Ivan Todosijevic, minister of Kosovo's Local Power, has blamed Pristina and the EU for not forming the Serb majority municipality, while simultaneously saying that association is being used to humiliate Serbia.

Igor Simay, deputy from the Serbian List, said they have made mistakes that five years ago have not formed association, as he, according to him, is for the benefit of Kosovo Serbs.
The Peace of the Serbian municipalities is envisioned under international agreements and you will bring the decision if Pristina does not do so by April 20th, and you will not violate any rule, but on the other hand you will be commanded that you respect the Belgrade and Pristina agreement, but also those that are not today, and that they are the EU”, Sim enemies said.
He said President Vuciq has received support that Serbia will not see if something happens as it did in the case of Djuric's arrest.
