Sejdiu says his political group will be “quality passage from Vetevendosje”

Independent MPs' Parliamentary Group chief Dardan Sejdiu has said the new political formation could be defined as a qualitative crossing by the Vetevendosje Movement, leaving ethnic treatment, towards addressing citizens of issues. In the debate area in Klan Kosova, he has declared that their idea of policymaking relates to putting citizens in line and leaving and fighting capture for major topics.
The Group of Independent MPs is a group of people who have long shared similar ideas about the development of this state. We strongly believe that from the very beginning in the assembly we have covered with themes to bring about a added value, offering alternatives to solving problems in the country. In the assembly, it will publish the kind of policies we will move forward with. In Kosovo the state has been seized from within due to party appointments and from abroad because of continued talks with Serbia”.
Over a long time, belief has been created that the topic of demarcation is hindering discussion of other issues of importance to citizen life. This political elite needs the crisis to remain in power. We need to get out of this vicious circle and put policymaking in line with the citizens' needs. We don't have a real health system, the pension system isn't in line with the needs of the citizen, the energy contract has not been discussed at all with the relevant” factors.
I'm not saying it's insignificant how we approach the problem called Serbia. But everything should not be wrapped up just on this subject. For example, 53 laws await assembly hearings after passing through commissions. We've had this society so far. We have to move on with the treatment of the kind of discussion. So far it's all about treatment on ethnicity. So a multi-ethnic society that guarantees certain additional rights for the Serb community. We need a republic that everyone, regardless of ethnicity, treats equal. This is a qualitative shift from the Vetevendosje” movement.
He has refused to convert Vetevendosje Movement as a party built entirely on nationalist and populist spirit, underlining that he differs from it the view on the body and political alignment.
I can't say that the Vetevendosje Movement is something that isn't. It is a movement that has presented a working programme with which a part of us have not agreed and established a group of deputies, which I hope will be the host of a centre-left political subject. Our differences relate to the way political organization is organized and to positioning as centre left. We need values that make Kosovo the republic of all its citizens. In Kosovo, populism has become the only way to make politics”.
Server-based economy “has failed. We need to build an economic programme based on supply and work on building comparable priorities”.
“We are trying to spread a range of policies on the republic. We're trying to explain to citizens why this option is right for solving political problems. I believe that this is how we can move forward in the organization of the subject, normally with time. By means of these initiatives, be organized as a subject offering this ideology of the centre-left”.
