Fewer than half of Americans believe that Facebook respects American privacy laws, shows a research published today by Ipsos and Reuters that illustrates the challenges this social network faces following a scandal on misuse of personal data by more than 50 million users.
Research conducted from Wednesday through Friday suggests less Americans trust Facebook than other technology companies that collect user data such as Apple, Google, Alphabet, Amazon, Microsoft and Yahoo.
