Russia's presidential candidate promises dictatorship if he invites elections

During the presidential debate on a state television channel, he announced his goal to introduce the ruthless “dictatorship” in terms of solving problems, punishing oligarchs and corrupt officials, reports “Sputnik International” Transmission Periscope.

Among his other ambitions is the creation of a two-party system, where “Russia would have become a wealthy”.

According to him, all future presidents must be elected by candidates representing these two parties.
