AAK member Fatmir Humolli, who in the last elections had been competing for MP under the umbrella of Ramush Haradinaj's party, has resigned from this party, writes Periscopi.
Humolli has said that the AAK had come to power by opposing the Demarcation and Association of Serbian municipalities, and for this very reason not to hold the word by leader Ramush Haradinaj, he has resigned.
He even named it AAK as a lab party
Full letter of resignation:
Dear citizens, associates and friends,
Years ago, I joined the Alliance by viewing it as a party with potential to change things in the country, believing that there is the courage and endurance needed to advance the great processes, I saw in it the possibility of my influence and the spirit that I and my circle represent.
We were together against the wrongdoing of the country, we were together in various opposition and protest formations, along with many citizens we were for the opposite of dYou are the most important and most controversial topics in recent years, that of Association and Demarketing in particular. We played against this agreement (knowing how damaging it is) and called on it even during the election campaign, promised that this agreement would fall down in the Republic Assembly and that we would not submit to anyone's pressures and blackmail, without exception, in preventing this evil that Kosovo was facing. We promised that the border would be placed in the Tower and in Sacorr, and we promised that there would be different governments than what we have seen so far.
Just for these actions and promises that we made, today the Alliance is at the helm of Government.
Just for these unreserved promises and current actions of Alliance and President Ramush Haradinaj who are directly opposed to actions as we were together in opposition and coalition with the citizens of the country, because of this political instability and the alienation of the party becoming a political lab subject, I feel today as betrayed as many AAK voters feel, and especially voters whom I represent!
Therefore, by means of this letter, I want to inform you of my resignation from all positions in the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
My resignation is well measured and represents the last inevitable step after a series of other steps, criticism and warnings to the Alliance's chairman!
