Fehmije Gashi Bytyqi demanded that Murat Jashari's failure to attend the trial, due to his poor health condition, Periscopi reports.
According to lawyer Bytyqi Murat Kasar is not in good health.
Special Prosecutor Silas Hoxha said that, according to Murat Jashari's expertise, he is able to attend court hearings.
Defence Proposal Fehmie Gashi-Bytyqi is rejected.
