Sadete Gerbeshi is an business woman who has 27 workers under her management, 25 women and two men.
But the same does not agree with the amendment to the Trade Society Law, which forces businesses to have 40 percent of the board as women.
Gerbeshi says that despite the injustices women undertakers face each day on the market, this is no solution.
The power of this article, according to Gerbesh, can also discriminate against women.
The presidential vote has also sparked debate on economic associations, which call it a violation of the Kosovo Constitution.
Imploreing these provisions of Article 34 of the law for action societies is a violation of Article 10 and 7.2 of the Constitution.
Meanwhile, the Kosovo Afarism Oda has asked President Hashim Thaci not to decree this law.
According to them, he is discriminating and interfering in management of private companies.
KTV has asked the President's Office whether to sign or return this law to the country, but it has not been answered.
