I welcome the ratification of the demarcation agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Montenegro, an important step in the process of statehood, meeting our obligations and state responsibilities, and clear definition on the right side of history. Ratification of this agreement paves the way for the free movement of Kosovo citizens, ending their isolation.
Today, however, it must be another day of reflection. Kosovo's political class should use this moment to think deeply about the damage caused by three years of apologists and a brief policy of narrow political interests. The result is an irreparable discreditation of the reputation of institutions before citizens and international partners.
In the end, I want to thank the young people of Kosovo that with unique patience, this unfair isolation broke out, bringing the world's attention to Kosovo through their innovation and creativity. Now it is time to prove what we already know Kosovo will be the added value for the European Union.
