Police investigators testify against the imams: Most who heard their speeches ended up in Syria

So said the accused himself, Idriz Bilibani, during the trial hearing against him and four others today at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, until he was leading questions to prosecution witness, police investigator Premtim Mustafa.

Mustafa was sometimes embarrassed by the accused with their questions, which he could not answer.

Police investigator Premim Mustafa was invited as witness by Special Prosecutor Haki Gecaj to testify against the five indictees for various terrorist acts, Fuad Rami, Bedri Robaj, Idriz Bilibani, Enes Goga and Mazlam Mazlam.

He was initially asked by the prosecutor to identify several photos of the accused, but also of several others convicted of various terrorist acts, which appeared on the courtroom screen.

After making each person's identification, the witness was asked by the accused if he knows the time to keep that discourse.

“I don't know the date, but neither does the year, I think it was too early”, said witness Mustafa.

This response was always made by the allies of the accused and the accused.

He was accused of Idriz Biliban, who mostly questions the witness, said the speeches from which the charges have been filed against him and others who have been participating in that discourse were held before I. “A You know that organization I SIS in 2016 through their newspaper “Rumije” has ordered that 5 imam be killed in the Balkans, which was my name among those five. “Kill Idriz Bilibani”, Bilibani said.

Witness, although part of the Kosovo Police from 2001, said there is no knowledge that I SIS has ever given such orders against Bilibban.

The Witness said that invitations to such discourses, which stirred hatred and called for association with terrorist organizations, were made over the telephone.

He said most of those participants in these speeches have ended up in Syria.

Kosovo's Special Prosecutor on September 16, 2016, had filed charges against the head of the Part, Enes Goga, imams from Prizren, Idriz Bilibani and Mallzom Mazlom, imam from Pristina, Bedri Robaj, and LISBA Chairman Fuad Ramiqi.

After many fact investigations and meetings for several months, all these defendants were charged by the prosecution's body with criminal acts that are connected with inciting the conduct of terrorist acts.

According to the indictment, Bedri Robaj is charged with supporting “-dehydration in Syria, where he served as an imam and private sermons and lectures from 2012 to August 2014 in Pristina. The same is accused of pushing unassigned persons to join terrorist groups “Al-Nusra”

Idriz Bilibani, charged that from 2012 until the time of arrest in Prizren and other countries in Kosovo, as a hodge during holding religious lectures at mosques - NGO “El Bayan” and other public presentations recorded in the video have conveyed moving messages that would allow the indefinite people to join the terrorist organisation “Al Nusra” in Syria.

The indictment, however, claims that Enes Goga in the position of imam in Peja, in a religious discourse to believers in this city, through “Audionur” on March 10, 2014, published in the ytube, in which they have access to an indefinite number of people, has publicly stirred hatred against religious groups of Christian believers.

Mazlam Mazlam, accused of being the imam of the mosque “Yeni Mahalla” in Prizren, during his preaching and public presentation, has publicly promoted and supported hatred and no patience against the LGBTI community group.

Fuad Ramiqi, charged that since the beginning of September in his public presentations on television media, newspapers and social networks has called for resistance to justice organs. /Periscopi
