Because of the best working conditions in the German state, they are aiming for the three months off from studies to work there, and for that, they have never sought work in Kosovo, KTV reports.
But not everyone succeeds.
Because of the huge flow of the working barrel that has been in Germany, this state has decided to turn the military camp into a business incubator after 18 years.
This camp, where Germany has invested around 40m euros, will be released in next year.
Former Kosovo ambassador to Germany, now co-ordinator for the implementation of this plan, Skender Jakaliu, says the idea has started since 2009, while concreteising from 2016, but due to political developments, the plan was extended.
He has made it known that the almost entire plan is based on the way the business incubator “Adleroff” works in Berlin, while through it Germany will aim to encourage German companies to invest in Kosovo.
Business representatives require more commitment to create conditions for young people not to leave Kosovo.
Kosovo businesses have long been facing lack of professional staff, while the number of those who are leaving Kosovo for a better life and pay continues to grow.
