Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Behgjet Pacolli believes the demarcation with Montenegro will be ratified by the Assembly this week.
These comments have been made by the Kosovo Government's number two during an interview with the newspaper “Voice”, adding that ratification is already a matter of days and that it expects Serbian List to vote on the Ratification of the Vienna Agreement.
Pacolli has also said the Serbian List has not set any conditions in exchange for voting for ratification of this agreement.
The head of Kosovo diplomacy has suggested that, after completing this process, he will start a tour of the chief decision-making centres within the lobby for visa liberalisation, as well as the issue of Kosovo's membership in international organisations.
Voice: The Demarket hearing has been cut three times. Will this session continue during this week, or when specifically?
Pacolli: At first, I am very happy to agree to the Albanian political spectrum (without “Vevendosje”), because it is very necessary to understand once and for all that large processes require consensus in action. As Kosovo's new parliamentary democracy needs a stable majority, separately when it comes to the so-called “themes of the largest”. I believe the demarcation will be closed this week.
But, as Metro reported last week, was Pacolli responsible for pushing Demarket, after promising Serbs a delay that was convening them due to elections in Serbia. The Koha Ditore had confirmed this.
