Netherlands prosecutor backs Kosovo State Prosecutor

“Chief Prosecutor Lumezi, initially announced the chief prosecutor, van der Kerk, with the functioning and efficiency of the prosecutorial system and specifically with that of the State Prosecutor, stressing that state prosecutors are committed and willing to contribute to strengthening the rule of the Law, and to deal with the challenges the prosecutor's system has, said in the prosecution's announcement.
Also, van der Kerk's Lumez has discussed international judicial co-operation, the fight against corruption and the fight against terrorism. Chief Prosecutor Lumezi has stressed that despite difficulties justice institutions must overcome all of this, to achieve better results in investigating and punishing crime.
Meanwhile, Chief Prosecutor van der Kerk has promised that the Netherlands will help the prosecutorial system, as well as praised Chief Prosecutor Lumezi, for his work and engagement in terms of strengthening the rule of law in Kosovo.
Chief Prosecutor Lumezi has thanked Holland's chief prosecutor for International Affairs, van der Kerk, for the continued support his state is giving to the Kosovo prosecutorial system. /Periscopi/
