Kosovo's customs under anti-muggling activities and other illegal phenomena, during the first two months of this year has undertaken shares and increased controls in the control of goods, which potentially tend to smuggle.
In January and February 60 locations have been checked, including city markets, other selling points such as ambulants and others. As a result in 20 different cases, smuggled products, cigarettes and non-global tobacco have been encountered.
During these cases, 186kg of repitive tobacco has been confiscated, 163,733 pieces of cigarettes about 50 liters of clay. The value of confiscated goods is about 10,000 euros.
Customs will continue with controls so that none of Kosovo citizens' taxes are endangered.
