The “Ration of the budget has only been one currency of the problem. The other coin I'm believing in even the public knows there's been no proper management of the entire drug system, since prices that have often come up with, and so has their absence. There has been and there is still a great lack of a system to know what to buy, when to buy, and when that amount comes”, Ismaili said.
The minister showed what the institution he runs is doing to end this enormous problem that is following health in our country.
I've also called the World Health Organization for the essential list of drugs, we're preparing administrative guidelines, we've made a system where we've put all the contracts in it, so that we know when the bar starts to go, when there's even a month until the contract needs to be renewed. We haven't had a system that alarms the situation, we as the minister haven't been able to know since five months ago there's no bail”, the minister added.
According to him, the drug problem is not a problem that can be solved in 15 days or a month, but during 2018 an apparent improvement will be seen. When I say obvious improvement, I won't say improvement for 3 weeks and still drop the system. Because this has been a bit of a practice, but the improvement that sustainable”, the minister added. The minister stressed that this situation is directly povertying citizens, as they must provide their own drugs.
