Minister of Education: Downloading of the State Council of Quality, perhaps was an act of haste

At the extraordinary session for Kosovo's exclusion from ECAR, Education Minister Shyqi Bytyqi has acknowledged that pressing actions could be taken along work, as it was for the dismissal of the Accreditation Agency Board.

The decision for the dismissal of the State Council of Quality may be called a hasty act, but I believe that during this debate we can reveal irregularities that took place during that mandate and that may have resulted except from the Agency such as ECAR”, Bytyqi said, writes Periscopi.

The system of higher education has now become the arena of wars and lawsuits in courts. We've done all the legal action, we've appointed a new board and it was adopted. Unfortunately, for months we failed to become functional, although we had constantly asked for this and had pressured in a positive sense to exclude regular opportunities and procedures for this procedure to be accelerated. This delay, among other things, is part of the ECAR decision because the Council failed to function in time to prove its independence and prove that it has no political influence”, he/Periscope/
