In the absence of visa liberalisation, citizens are not reluctant to find other forms to move towards EU countries.
To that end, they are willing to offer thousands of euros, even choosing illegal ways to leave Kosovo.
One such case is seen in a video provided by KTV, where two young people are able to offer large sums of money for a passport allowing them to leave the country.
The guy with the initials M. B. by Drenas, known name for editorialism, promises some young people passports to different EU countries.
These two young people are required to pay two thousand and 500 euros to be equipped with a Slovenia passport.
Person 1: “Icelandic?
M. B: Yes, Ireland. I don't need you to fuck me or convince you of anything.
Person 2: We're understanding, but it's the problem...
Person 1: How long have you been with the night?
M. B: Until Friday.
On Friday? Aw...
Person 1: Where to find you now in Ireland?
M. B: Whenever anyone in America wants me.
Person 1: Normal, that's understood.
Person 2: No, in America the second one, but you're there, when you came to us they gave us 2,500 euros.
M. Well, when I'm in business with you, I'm not going to Ireland. By the time they put it in their pocket, I'm not going to Ireland. You left me alone when I went Friday, he didn't leave you in the game.
In fact, this person who claims he will make passports says he does so in 15 days.
Person 1: About how much?
M. B: For 15 days, 16 days, he takes it to the Embassy, it's not like a visa by 2 months, 3 months, 6 months.
Person 1: The embassy in Slovenia needs to get a visa?
M. Yeah, I just had my finger on it.
Person 1: Great chance at head too?
M. B: Not with it, but it takes it.
Person 2: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
M. It's okay, it's okay. The picture, the name, the last name, the data, even the hin in the finger system. Wherever you go to Europe. Have you seen everywhere you go to Europe, have the cameras on their necks, put your tap toe, match the picture with the beggars and get rid of <x0.
M.B. says the passports he claims he will make are not forged and that the amount of money is reasonable.
Person 2: I told you, my brother did it too.
M. B: “I could bring me directly to the coffee garden, but he's not a recordr, he's in regular condition, but he's not a recording. You're not a tape recorder.
Person 1: By God, at the head a good opportunity, a lot of fun, yes, few.
M. B: But there is not much that you inherit forever. You are young.
Person 1: That 5 thousand euros is released in half a year.
M. B: Not half a year, but for 15 days. ”
KTV also contacted the guy's son with the M.B. initials. Through the phone, he says his father hasn't called home for two months and that the same man said he's going to Croatia.
Despite Father's absence at home, however, he says that he did not present the case to the police.
Television has been requested by Kosovo Police if it is aware that visas are being sold this way, but officials have not returned answers.
The answer has not even been given if this person has released Kosovo, as he has told family members.
