Kim Jong to meet with South Korean leader at April summit

North Korean leader Kim Jong said he is willing to talk to the US about nuclear weapons, says Cheong Wa-dae.

There have been previous programmes to freeze nuclear weapons, but the North has failed to meet its commitments.

The two countries have also agreed to have good relations, reports “BBC”, report Periscope.

The statement comes after a rare visit by senior South Korean officials who have made it to Pyongyang, who have met Kim Jong.
