UP's indictment of Orthodox Church to handle Serbian judge

Pristina's Constitutional Court has confirmed this, failing to clarify the form of how the judge's selection was made in the case, KTV reports.

This subject is new and no action has been taken regarding this case. It will be respected by the process of subjects according to the priority the KRK's law and strategy to resolve the matter. This subject has been divided to Judge Jovica Petrovic”, said in response by the Pristina Foundation Court.
But, the General Secretary of the University of Pristina believes their indictment will be approved by the Constitutional Court, regardless of who will be tried.
Pristina University in December 2012, had filed charges against the Serbian Orthodox Church for usurping property at the university campus.
Three years later, the Constitutional Court in Pristina had viewed the indictment as being withdrawn because the representative UP's had not participated in the session.
Following the UP's complaint to this ruling at the Court of Appeals, the indictment was rejected and the new indictment exercised at the end of 2017.
The University of Pristina claims it had real estate in the cadastral track, where Orthodox churches are built.
This church was built in the 1990s at the time of Slobodan Milosevic's regime.
