Hashim Thaci of Kadri Veselin give testimony in case of Amem Vlase wound

Hashim Thaci and Kadri Wessel will be called to testify in the trial against the brother of one of the former KLA's fallen superiors.

The president and chief speaker have already been interviewed by the prosecution in the case of Murat Jashar and 9 other suspects as members of the organisation “People's Office”.

Murat Yasar is witness brother Ismet Jashari, known during the war as Commander Kumanovo and one of the founders of the KLA.

The group, which includes Murat Jashari, is accused of creating a list of the nation's “traitors, in which Hashim Thaci and Kadri Wessel are located.

In his testimony to the prosecution, Hashim Thaci has said that the group has heard from the media, while charges of treason call it political motives.

All my life and political activity has developed for the freedom and independence of this country. Such labels are politically motivated by moral justification and terrorist acts towards me and other political personalities of the country”, Thaci was quoted in the statement issued in the Prosecutor, which he secured callo.com.

Prosecutor's other witness, Kadri Wessel, has clarified to the prosecutor that Yasar knows him as the nation's hero's brother while saying he has nothing personal to any of the accused.

The investigation into the people's “Eye” has begun following the injuries of lawyer Azem Vlasi. The prosecution claims the handle was Murat Jashar, while the group of 9 was a structured group.

Nearly a year after lawyer Azem Vlases was injured in the entrance to his apartment, after an intensive task of collecting evidence, the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed charges against 10 people suspected as members of the criminal organisation “People's Office”, with the so-called “Avni Rrustema<3> suspected of certain criminal acts.

Through a media report, the prosecution revealed that several criminal acts weigh down on suspects.

“Suspects for members of the organisation “People's Eye”, with the so-called “Avni Rrustema” allegedly committed criminal acts: revenge in aid, violation, preparation of terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo, ownership, control or unauthorized possession of arms and revenge.

According to the prosecution's announcement, M.J., A.L., R.S., S.R., R.T., B.C., S.B., H.H., B.L., and L.L., with the date of 15.05.2015, as members of the criminal organisation “Syr of the people, with the so-called “Avni Rrustemax3>, somewhere in a European state, have made the decision that in March 2017, with a serious intentional purpose to destabilise or constitutional structures, with the so-called political attacks on Kosovo's highest rankings in 1991, considering the former republics of 1999, considered as high-prisonries.

Always according to the prosecution's announcement, the defendants had the fund called “Homeland Freedom”.

This “People's Office” based on the written plan had an organised structure of the hierarchy, in which they were included by code names and each had separate tasks and responsibilities, so on March 13th 2017, the M.J. defendant. He has attempted to kill the injured Azem Vlasi as former Kosovo official of the 1980s, who under their operational plan, has been first assessed as a traitor to the country.

According to the prosecution, suspects with these actions have committed criminal acts ] preparing terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo.

Also, defendant A. Lee. According to the prosecution, it is charged that while he was in the detention centre in Lipjan, using the candor and force has committed criminal work “rape”.

And in case of raiding the home of the defendant B.K. By 2505.2017, a gas pistol was confiscated from the Minutran Mini, which he had owned without the permission of the competent organ. Also found in his house and confiscated a 250 - piece pistol rifle (air rifle assembly), which the defendant owned without permission from the competent body. He has thus committed criminal work: possession, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons.

The defendant M.J. being in a state of mental inability to understand and control their actions because of the disease, because she suffers from the skizoaphectious-manic, permanent-type disorder, with moderate-to-high psychostomatology, with the date 13,03.2017 at 7:50 p.m. going to the home of the injured A.V. on the “Hydar Dusi” road in Pristina, to deprive him of life as former LCJ top leader and former Kosovo leader, considering him a traitor because of his attitudes regarding 1981 demonstrations and the national issue. That's what he had to commit a criminal act- revenge.

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has made a decision to suspend the investigation against S.J., A.A., A.H. and M.A., which have so far been unattainable to the Prosecutor. But it is noteworthy that the prosecution has taken all legal actions.

To persons R.S., J.B., A.P., E.L., A.S. and A.I., investigations were conducted, but the Special Prosecutor has not found sufficient evidence to establish the indictment. In the absence of evidence, the investigation has ceased.

The PSRK against 17 people after taking investigative action because of the painful competence, for these people has sent the case to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor, to the next authority.

We have 2 injured in this indictment while 61 have been proposed in witness quality. While, out of the 10 indictees, 4 of them are in custody, 1 in house arrest and 1 under a statement in the police.
