Chairman NISMAs, Fatmir Limaj, has said that in recent months they have worked hard to create conditions and atmosphere to negotiate with all MPs about the issue of ratification of demarcation with Montenegro.
Deputy Prime Minister Limaj has said that at tomorrow's session where this agreement is expected to be voted, MPs are being offered a product, a five-month government commitment to resolve this problem.
We've given our maximum amount and I don't think there's any trouble closing the demarcation issue. I think conditions have been created for tomorrow to go to parliament, and I expect the demarcation to be voted”, Limaj said in Zone B in Klan Kosova.
We've constantly had two approaches to the assembly for and against. One was against the other, and so the situation was inconsistent. The only way out of this issue was to have conversations with Montenegro. They too were in a difficult position because it was a case they had ratified”, he said.
We sit with our friends from Montenegro to find solutions. That solution was the agreement. We have come to where point 7 what we have constantly requested, that the commission be given access to revision and correction of possible concessions”, Limaj stressed.
Limaj has confirmed that following the signing of the declaration between the two presidents, it is clear the way to negotiate with parliamentary groups in Kosovo.
Except for the Vetevendosje that has given the position immediately. Albin Kurti at the meeting with QUINT, has said he disagrees with that statement. There are dim hopes that we can achieve a situation for an absolute consensus. But we are not stopping, we have talked to deputies separated from the VV, other MPs, of the Serb community as well as”, the chairman of the Social Democrat Initiative said.
