A Serb came to Kosovo that the new state does not want any silk. Bosnia's Headship member from Republika Srpska, Mladen Ivanic, walked through churches and monasteries, thus violating the permit Pristina granted for a purely family visit. The guest spoke black and blacker about Kosovo citizenship.
He received permission to pay a family visit to Kosovo, but Mladen Ivanic did not stop. Bosnia and Herzegovina's presidency member took advantage of the occasion and walked through Serbian and Orthodox churches and monasteries.
He even spoke after those visits, as he did Monday in Prizren, made strong political statements against Kosovo.
I came here to see all these sacred objects on this earth. This country in Prizren is a big story about how powerful our Serbian state was over time and to remember how carefully we should preserve this thing, Mladiq said.
The guest representing Republika Serpska in Sarajevo blocking any initiative to facilitate co-operation with official Pristina went even further when he said the visit to Kosovo is the obligation of all Serbs.
This shows that Kosovo and Metohija are worth a lot to the Serbian people and that we should always go back to this place and preserve our” as our land, he said.
Ivanic has also stayed in the Patriarchate of Peja, Decani Monastery and Great Hoce.
A source from Kosovo institutions told Klan Kosovo that the one with the insistence of internationals has only been granted permission for non-political family visits and that by his actions Ivanic has violated the rules.
