Top Channel has learned that Ismail Morina was transferred yesterday to a prison in Italy, where she will continue her judgment to gain freedom.
Although not officially, this is apparently the solution his Croatian lawyer could find, rejecting the asylum demand in Croatia, which was the first option to escape extradition to Serbia.
Italy is where Ismail Morina has been a resident for many years, along with his family, legally, since his wife is also Italian.
He remained in Zagreb's brunette since 10 June 2017, when Croatian police initially implemented a request of the Serbian state, which had issued an international warrant for halting “Ballist” Morina, but after several court hearings, Croatian justice resisted, failing to meet the Serbian justice requirement for the trial of Ismail Morina in Belgrade.
With his transfer to Italy, it seems that even his final release is very near.
