Appeal Court spokesman Arber Jashari has told KTV that the verdict has already been executed and that Syla cannot leave the house without the court's other ruling.
According to him, order forces will check whether Syla is carrying out the court order.
Azem Syla is accused of alienating social property in case “Toka” and has been released from custody on 12 March.
