She indicated that by May 2, 1999, she had stayed in the village of Samadredge, while Serb paramilitaries had driven them out of there, said she had been sheltered in a house near the Police School in Vushtrri.
Ferati- Shatroli said on May 5th she and her family were beaten and tortured by Zoran Vukotic and another person.
She said that she now accused of war crimes put a knife to a child's neck.

Aymane Ferati- Shatroli further confessed that the other person who came with Vukotitch had shot into the room, filling the room with smoke.
According to the witness, Vukotic had then taken a 10-year-old child and sent him to another room, forcing him to sing songs in Serbian.
His son's father, the late Ukshi, has gone after them. He told me that Zoran had boarded the baby on three tables that were in that room, and he said to him sing it to Sloba, but he was young and there are no days then. He had slapped the child“, the witness said.
Then the witness said Vukotitch had left by ordering that if she found them in that house until tomorrow, she would have killed them.
Ferati- Shatroll said that on the evening of May 5, 1999, some people had come to pick up the bodies of four people killed.
She claimed that on May 6, 1999, houses had been evacuated, where they experienced violence from Vukotic. )
At the hearing after the prosecutor Flynn's question, she also described two people who had entered the house where she and her family were stationed at the time of the war.

The prosecution claims that at first the same was stopped by Fahredin Fazliu and then sent to Hamdi Fazliu's backyard.
At the entrance of the house were Sanije Zushi-Fazliu and her sister-in-law Ficryye Feyzullahu. The accused have later begun beating Fahredin Fazliun along with the two top women asking for money.
In the meantime, always according to the indictment, one of the accused was out of the house and soon entered the house again, along with Fahredin Avdula é Fazliu, whom he had violently brought.
Following these actions, Fahredin Fazliu's father, Hamdiu, along with neighbor Enver Rrustoll, had heard what was happening in order to escape, have entered the house to offer money to the accused.
But the accused continued to beat them, where they were killed in front of the upper women.
Vukotovic along with the other person, after this move, left the crime scene.
The second point of the indictment charges Vukocuti that he has acted inhuman ways against civilians of Albanian nationalism, deliberately violating the bodily integrity, health, physical and mental well-being of 17 injured and witnesses, torturing and causing serious physical and psychic injuries, consequences that the injured still bear.
Vukotic is also charged that he deliberately and violently robbed money in various sums, gold and other valuables from Albanian national civilians, namely, eight injured and witness simultaneously.
The Actakuz was established by a local prosecutor of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo in co-operation with an E mission prosecutor ULEX, who has proposed to the competent court to convict the defendant of criminal acts and to condemn him by law.
