According to a statement by Turkey's General Staff, air operations have reportedly been implemented against The PKK in northern Iraq, Kandil, Zapi, Avasin-Basian and Hakurki regions, reports “Hurriyet”, the Periscopi broadcast.
Air strikes have occurred over PKK targets in northern Iraq, where the PKK has its main base on Kandil Mountain.
The air strikes occurred amid Operation “The US-backed Willit (YPG) Dega task force, which Ankara considers a terrorist group for its ties to the PKK. /Periscopi/
