The indictment has to do with the bombings the alliance made to Kosovo in 1999.
A meeting on this issue in Nis is also being held today, where preparations are under way for establishing a Council to prepare a lawsuit against 19 NATO members, Kosovo reports.
According to the lawyer, Srdjan Aleksic, Serbian citizens are suffering from cancer-like diseases due to impoverished uranium.
He announces that by the end of the year the indictments will be filed for each separate state.
