Reka comments Strategy as train where Montenegro has last Kosovo locomotive

This strategy stresses that all countries should engage equally, in words and deeds, in order to overcome the past by achieving reconciliation and the selection of open issues, especially in border conflicts, before entering the EU.

It is said that the Balkans will be integrated into packages, but this document almost defines a perspective of everyone separately.

In this regard European Integration expert Blerim Reka said in Rtv21 that he is an ally of Balkan integration into the EU as a package.
