Switzerland's Kosovo midfielder, who scored in the last match against Leicester City, has spoken of his good form and new coach during an interview. Sky Sports.
Shaqiri, who has recovered his life form at the English championship under the direction of young coach Paul Lambert, has said the coach has some credit for his good form.
The 26-year-old footballer said that despite the difficulties Stoke is going through, he believes his individual form is the best he has so far had with the English club's attention.
The “is not the best session for Stoke, but as a player you try to do your best to give good presentations”, Shaqiri said.
This was the best season for me, and I'm happy with the presentations. But I'm not happy with how the season is going for team”, Kosovar added.

Premierligle's differences with Bundesliga and Serie A
According to Shaqiri, the differences between the English and the German and Italian championships [where he is activated at Beyern Munchen, Interi, respectively] are great.
This league is different from Italy and Germany you have to adapt to”, Shaqiri said.
It's my third year, and I can say I'm here now, and I've done very well. In Premeyrliga you need time. I'm very happy with my performance, but the secret needs to do better”, he went on.
With three losses in the last 6 matches, Stoke currently ranks 19th in Premierliga, meanwhile at the last meeting equalled his trip with Leicester.
But Lambert, who replaced Mark Hughes last month, has had a positive impact on the team, according to Shaqiri.
He has also influenced the good form Shaqiri is going through, and earlier this month he had praised Kosovo.

Shaqiri has also discovered the secrets of the young coach, who, according to Kosovar, has helped freeze the team's atmosphere and spirit, in the fight for survival in Premierliga.
Since taking the lead in the team, Paul Lambert has increased the intensity of training sessions and has attempted to unite the team by making players sit and dine together, without the presence of mobile phones.
Shaqiri thinks this type of management is influenced by Lambert's experiences he had during his work in Germany.
“He has German mentality with his teams, I'm so glad he came here”, Shaqiri said in the interview with Sky Sports.
There are no phones on the table. This has brought us together when you eat together you can talk to your teammates who don't normally get to start much. It's a good thing.
You punish if you get your phone at dinner! You have to obey the rules. Everyone respects this team is more compact now. This is important for a team that now needs this. We are confident and happy”, completes his interview with Shaqiri.
Shaqiri will have the opportunity to reach a 50-year record in Premierligle this Saturday, in the match Stoke holds against Southampton.
