Regarding this situation, Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted, where through a status in ø Facebook, he has suggested that the state is in charge of office.
“Since yesterday continues without letup on the ground of all state structures in coping with the situation created by heavy weather, as well as to be close to the affected families”, Rama writes.
