Prosecutor's spokesman has not denied officials of the University Law Medicine Centre in Lausanne to come to Kosovo to conduct investigative actions.
“We are in constant contact with the Institute, at the moment we are translating documents into the required language. Everything is going according to the Dehar family requirements and we have no problem in this regard. We seek patience and understanding from the Dehar family because we are doing our best. Depending on how the Institute estimates it, all actions necessary to address this issue will be carried out, even if the need for some of the actions to be carried out in Kosovo”, said Ekrem Lutfiu, State Prosecutor's spokesman, KTV.
The Dehar family attorney has taken the decision.
It has been reported since last month that institutions have decided to authorise the Swiss Institute for Super-expertosis.
Meanwhile, Vetevendosje officials continued to accuse power of not allowing this investigation.
Their statements were also denied by Justice Minister, who has said Albin Kurti is continuing to manipulate the Dehar case.
