Haradinaj has said that political obstacles providing unity have been averted. In the next sentence, he has said that part of the law remains the State Commission's Report on Border Sign with Montenegro, which the LDK is opposing.

Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo confirmed that the ruling coalition has removed the latest political obstacle, which ensures political unity in parliament.
The law includes the August 2015 Agreement, the joint declaration of the two presidents, Thaci and Vujanovic, as well as the State Commission's Report on Border Signation with Montenegro.
