The more than an hour stay at a motel in Ferizaj for an official of the Police Inspectorate has resulted in the indictment for three officials of the same institution.
The group of accused officials does not belong to the investigator who had visited a motel during work hours in July 2013. The Act is for the three officials who had worked on the discovery of the case, writes Koha Ditore today.
It has been more than a year and a half since former IPK chief chief Fitim Shishan, Valbona Osmani, IPK and Jethullah Aliu, director of the investigation department at the institution, have been suspended because the State Prosecutor has filed charges against these three officials on the grounds that the ban of investigators at the motel was illegal.
Detective Q.V., who was detained at the motel, has advanced to work, while IPK officials who had taken the initiative to investigate have been suspended and degraded in position.
